(Bukhari, Muslim), Hadith No. ৩: Hazrat Shah ibn Sa'd (RA) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said, There are 8 gates of Paradise. One of these gates is called Ar-Rayyan. One of the most notable offices working at the upazila level is the office of the Upazila Project Implementation Officer. In 1973-74, after independence, the relief department was introduced in the circle officer's office. Its activities gradually increased. Currently, there is an Upazila Project Implementation Officer's office in all upazilas of Bangladesh. In addition, there is a project implementation office in the circle office in the city corporation area. The Upazila Project Implementation Officer's office is under the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief, Government of Bangladesh. The office is run by the Disaster Management Directorate. In addition, the overall implemented programs are supervised by the Deputy Commissioner and Upazila Executive Officer. The District Relief and Rehabilitation Officer's office is at the district level to directly supervise the programs of the Upazila Project Implementation Office.
